Dustin Flowers

A West Texas native with extensive experience in a variety of industries, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and a deep understanding of the Permian Basin region. My career began in the oil and gas industry, where I serviced rig equipment and developed a passion for solving mechanical problems while working hands-on in the field. This foundation in troubleshooting and technical skills provided a seamless transition into the fitness industry, where I specialized in selling and educating on fitness equipment, as well as designing and installing large-scale fitness centers tailored to a diverse range of goals and needs.

My technical background continued to serve me well as I became a certified technician, repairing and maintaining fitness equipment while simultaneously working to accommodate both individual and large-scale fitness requirements. This passion for helping others evolved into a career in healthcare, where I worked as a Patient Care Technician and later as a Registered Nurse in acute care settings, including ICU and Emergency Department environments, for almost a decade. During this time, I honed my ability to work under pressure and provide compassionate care to those in need.

Recently, my desire to help others led me to obtain my real estate license, with a focus on helping individuals and businesses find their ideal properties in the Permian Basin. Whether assisting clients in securing their forever homes or facilitating business ventures, my goal is to make meaningful contributions to both the economy and my community.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and engaging in outdoor activities, from landscaping to sports. My diverse skill set and deep-rooted connection to West Texas provide a solid foundation for serving others in both professional and personal capacities.
